Nishiie, Hironori, and Hiroshi Tsuda (2019) Analysis of the relationship between corporate organizational culture and financial performance using company employee reviews. The Securities Analysts Association of Japan.

The research analyzed the relationship between corporate organizational culture and financial performance. Index from quintile portfolios have been constructed by annual rate of change in Corporate Culture Score. In the long-short portfolio with high annual rate of change (RV05) and low annual rate of change (RV01), alpha was significant and positive excess returns were observed.
